This year’s conference will be a virtual event.  We expect to increase our attendance as we are able to expand our reach both nationally and internationally. We have designed an interactive, virtual experience offering continuing education credit hours and included in-person event favorites like the Exhibit Area, Networking, and more. As an official sponsor for this year’s Virtual Texas SHRM Global HR Conference, we have increased your company’s visibility and ability to participate in several interactive segments.  The sponsor packages have been transformed to provide a valuable opportunity to build brand awareness and reach decision-makers in the Global HR profession.

What’s Included in my Sponsor Package?

All Sponsorships include an expanded exhibit with all the virtual platform’s bells and whistles. Located in the Virtual Exhibit Hall, think of your virtual booth as a microsite that can be branded and customized. Attendees can interact with your team in real-time or just visit and pick up some collateral. Upload brochures or whitepapers for easy downloading. With continual promotion, an Exhibit Hall Digital Challenge Game, and dedicated time on the schedule virtual participants can visit any time during the day.


Booth representatives can engage with visitors via text/audio/video chat in real time. This interaction can happen via a group chat or through a 1:1 chat window if privacy is required.

Gamification Leaderboard

Attendees can participate in a friendly competition with an action-based point system and rewards for end-of-day leaders.  Points are earned by interacting with Sponsors.


Leads and analytics are included in your package. Not only will you receive contact information for those who stop by, via analytics you can see which downloads were most popular, which videos were watched most, and more.  Easy back end set up allows you to make changes on the fly.  And analytics continue for 30 days post-event while the virtual platform is live.

Marketing Your Brand

Exposure on texasshrmglobalconference.org, the conference website under the “Sponsorships” page, including company logo, description, contact information, listing, logo, product/service categories, and link to your company website or custom landing page. Marketing and communications including a mention in conference-related Blogs, social media posts, various local and national HR-related newsletters pre during and after the event when sponsorship is mentioned.
