Why PACE

Where senior people leaders think together

PACE gives senior people leaders two days to work through what they are facing alongside peers who carry the same responsibility. Substantive content, then structured conversation with the people best positioned to engage with it.

01

A room of peers

Attendance is reviewed. Every seat belongs to a chief human resources officer, a chief people officer, a C-suite executive, or the senior-most people leader in their organization.

02

Expert-led discussion

Roundtables are led by people with genuine depth in their subject. A facilitator opens with research and perspective, then guides a working conversation among the leaders at the table. You contribute rather than observe.

03

Two focused days

Thursday afternoon through Friday mid-afternoon. Most attendees travel in the morning of day one and are home Friday evening. The schedule respects what a calendar at this level actually looks like.

Seats are limited and reviewed

PACE is capped so the roundtables stay small enough to be worth having. Applications are reviewed against who the room is for, then approved applicants are invoiced.

Sponsor

Reach the people who sign

Every attendee is a buying decision maker for their organization. PACE builds sponsor access into the schedule through scheduled meet-ups instead of a trade floor nobody walks.
