Debi Dault, President, Dault Global Solutions formed her company after many years in the Global Workforce. Her career started in staffing right out of college with a marketing degree from Texas Wesleyan University. She quickly learned how to recruit, interview and hire hundreds of people a week. “It was a great learning environment. You were given the empowerment to run your branch like it was your own company.” During her 13 years there, she had 11 promotions where she learned invaluable business acumen. Her journey in staffing ended at the executive management level on the Board of Directors.

After leaving staffing, Debi worked in the global mobility industry where she used her background in Human Resources to help Fortune 500 companies of all industries relocate their high potential employees all over the world. Her experience in mergers and acquisitions gives her a unique skill to go into unfamiliar territory and quickly assess strengths and weaknesses to formulate a plan of action. She spends her time now helping companies get on the path to success. When not working, she is involved in SHRM as a volunteer leader at the state level and is the Conference Director of Texas SHRM Global HR Conference held annually in Houston, TX. Between her teenage son, husband, PTA and Church, Debi is happily busy at living her best life!

Lisa Johnson is Director of Global Diversity, Equity + Inclusion (DE+I) Solutions at Cartus, the leading relocation management company.

In this role, Lisa partners with companies to help align their DE+I priorities with Global Mobility. An active member of SHRM and an experienced presenter at SHRM’s Annual Conference, Lisa was named one of Global Mobility’s Top 100 Professionals in 2021 by her industry peers, she holds the Employee Relocation Council’s (ERC) Meritorious and Distinguished Service awards and is an industry leader in DE+I Mobility research and innovation. In a previous role, Lisa was responsible for developing and implementing DE+I strategy across 40+ countries for a global organization and has partnered with HR on the creation of remote work policy in response to Covid-19.

Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer – American Bureau of Shipping (ABS)

Chuck Kemper is the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at ABS. He leads the global human resources function, facilities and real estate, as well as security for the organization. He has over two decades of experience in the human resources field.

Prior to joining ABS in 2021, Kemper was the SVP of Human Resources at Wood, where he led the function for their 17,000 person, $4 billion Asset Solutions Americas business. Before joining Wood, he served in roles as VP, Talent Management & Development and VP, US and Latin America during a 7-year tenure at Worley. Prior to that he worked 14 years for Aker Kvaerner with his last role being VP of HR for the global Oil, Gas, Process & Energy division.

Kemper graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and received his MBA degree from Xavier University. He lives in Houston, Texas, with his family.

Holly Kriendler is the Chief HR Officer (CHRO) at Oceaneering International, Inc. a global oilfield services and general industrial company with approximately 10,000 employees and $2 billion in revenue. Holly is recognized as a successful HR Officer and business leader for domestic and international public companies.

As a “business first” HR executive Holly leverages the technologies of human resources to focus on long-term organizational health enabling the financial health of the organization. Holly plays a key role with the Board of Directors to align compensation to performance, plan for succession and develop the leadership team.

She is experienced in driving strategy and culture in times of transformation and turnaround including acquisition and divestiture. Holly enjoys representing her organizations through interactions with the Board, internal leaders, and external stakeholders and partners.

Prior to joining Oceaneering, she served in various human resources leadership positions at companies including affiliates of Tyco International Ltd., The ADT Corporation, and SYSCO and Emerson. Ms. Kriendler has more than 25 years of experience in human resources and an MBA from the University of Houston.

Kevin Lennox is the Senior Director of Total Rewards & HR Operations at Shermco Industries. At Shermco, Kevin leads the Centers of Excellence for the HR function. Kevin has over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in HR, with expertise in Global Compensation and HR Analytics.

Before Shermco, Kevin served in multiple leadership functions within the Maritime, EPC, and Oil and Gas industries. Most recently, he served as the Director of Total Rewards for American Bureau of Shipping (ABS). Before ABS, Kevin worked in leadership positions at McDermott International, Nalco Champion (ChampionX), and Tenaris.

Kevin graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and an Advanced International Certificate from the George Bush School of Government. He is a native of Houston, Texas, where he lives with his wife and three children.

Jason L. Rogers, BA JD, is Newland Chase’s Senior Global Immigration Counsel. He is responsible for overseeing client immigration programs and providing high level consultation responses. Jason applies his diversified depth of knowledge of corporate immigration to produce complex and innovative immigration solutions that meet the needs of his clients. Jason has been practicing law since 2001 and has spent the past 12 years concentrating in the area of global immigration and corporate compliance. After graduation from Law School, Jason served as a Law Clerk, to the Honorable Nancy Sivilli, Chancery Division, Essex County in New Jersey for a year. He practiced law as an Associate at a reputable law firm in New Jersey, before moving to the role that would capture his interest in Global Immigration.

He joined Ernst & Young LLP, in 2005 and managed their Compliance Coordination Group. He was responsible for reviewing and creating immigration policies with the General Counsel. He moved to the NY office of E&Y as the Global Visa & Immigration Manager in 2006, where he was responsible for drafting and coordinating the work permit applications for E&Y’s entire expatriate population. In 2008, Jason joined Littler Mendelson, PC as an Associate Global Immigration Counsel in their Atlanta office where he was responsible for managing Fortune 500 companies’ Global Immigration Programs. Jason is a graduate of the JD Seton Hall University School of Law and the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in expat and foreign national tax preparation and consulting. She joined GTN in 2011 and serves as Managing Director for GTN’s Great Lakes region. While clients’ projects may look similar on paper, she understands that every employee situation is unique. She coaches clients to understand the complexities of sending employees overseas and helps them work through the many requirements of Home and Host reporting.

Rebecca Stephens, CRP, GMS has been leading Indeed Mobility for the past 5 years and this year marks her 25th year in the mobility industry as both a corporate client and service provider.  She is responsible for Indeed’s Global Immigration, Relocation, Internal Mobility and Flex/Hybrid working programs. 

In her spare time Rebecca is an artist, jewelry designer and welder.

Mark serves as Managing Director for GTN’s South region, which is comprised of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Texas.

Mark has over 19 years of professional experience in advising multinational companies on global mobility related issues, including expatriate taxation, payroll, equity compensation planning, international assignment policy review, and program administration. He began his career with PwC’s International Assignment Services practice in Tokyo, Japan; San Jose, CA; and Houston, TX. Being an expat himself has only enhanced his desire to assist and help simplify the process for the assignees who are overseas.

With his extensive experience in all areas of expatriate tax, Mark is best known for:

• His responsiveness and attentiveness to each one of his clients’ assignees;
• His ability to simplify the complexities of expatriate taxation;
• His eagerness to ensure expatriates (and their employers) fully benefit from the expatriate experience.

Mark earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics & Public Policy from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and is an IRS Enrolled Agent. He also studied Economic Policy at American University in Washington, D.C. and Spanish at the Universidad de Sevilla in Spain.

In his free time, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife Mayumi and daughter Lily. He also enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, and reading.
